Poppies

Claude Monet painted Poppies in 1873 in Argenteuil, showing his wife Camille and son Jean walking through a field full of red poppies. The painting was shown at the very first Impressionist exhibition in 1874. With quick dabs of colour, Monet turns a simple summer walk into pure poetry.

• Knitted, not printed: the design is knitted stitch by stitch into the sock, so the colours stay sharp wash after wash.
• Soft and comfortable: combed organic cotton with a little stretch, a seamless toe and a reinforced heel and toe.
• Two sizes: EU 36-40 and EU 41-46.
• Materials and care: 80% organic cotton, 15% polyamide, 5% elastane. Machine wash at 40°C, do not tumble dry or iron.
